Don't have any dealings with them , and don't help them out unless their posted here for correcting the wrongs they have done to riva .
Also ppl found on our black list should not have there death bags returned .
Most black listed ppl don't stay in EL for very long the game becomes very boring for them when no one wants them around .
And guilds don't want them .

petrol is a scammer becareful. prince warn me about him. i was nearly scammed. he said change 1k rabbit furs for 1k fes and i needed rabbit furs. i wanted him to trade but he said he couldnt carry very much. i didnt trade with him and he blaspheme me in Turkish. And i ignored him.

A few hours ago, i got a PM from Ilsf. A character on EL who wanted to train. He wanted to train, no weapons. So, I'm game, we're close to being even. Then he breaks out his sword and kills me. Then he doesn't return my stuff, which was as agreed.

I also challenge him to a Fair Fight under a mod's / leader's eyes.

would like to add superboy to the list. While making fes in cc with monkeyki (another son) I had just brought a load of flowers and pmed monkey if he was ready he said yes so i stepped off bag but in doing so i blocked his view of bag for sec and before he could get on superboy jumped on bag. I told him to get off my bag. when he did monkey said that there was about 300 fire ess and 1 efe missing. Also when superboy got off bag he laughed and said thanks then also pmed me and said thanks. I did not talk to him but asked on guild channel if there was anyone one who could talk to him for me. Olivia, Greenwolf and Macca all tryed to reason with him and finnally macca bought the efe from him to get it back . So be careful around superboy.

This is unfortunate and far too common. I would suggest never leaving the enriched essences in bags, but trading those to players when you want to get rid of it.

Athosino....Scammed Rolandreeve...offered ff, killed him and taunted him with items he lost....never help, never talk to, make his life hell.

there is no way to give a timely solution for situations like this atho vs roland one, if we have to discover it by ourselves, we only crossed this problem because one of our members saw your post about a blacklist in the EL forums and it cited atho as the latest entry, one cannot expect anybody to go browsing the blacklists of everyguild to search for one's guildmates.

Please in the future make an effort to do two things.


a) create an official blacklist (this thread has names cited by queenjenny and others just inserted by other members... how do we know if the guild as a whole is blakclisting? anybody inserting is enough ? there is some judging and vote in a case by case ? should one only take in concideration names given by queenjenny in this thread?

If, just after the last phrase of his chatlog when it was clear that his belongings were not being returned, roland had contacted us in the heat of the situation, it is highly propable that we would have his things in the same minute, no delays, we are not PK guild, if you blacklist someone please inform his guild that they might have a bad apple,no need to flame, just pm the responsible online and let s/he know. this is the kind of polite feedback that you can always expect from us, should one of your guildmembers turn out as bad apples on us.

LNX returned stuff back to Rolandreeve, and I returned stuff back to LNX. Please could you remove me out of teh shit-list now?

People on the blacklist are agreed upon (usually when it happened and usually in guild channel) Rivans are told to go ahead and post in forums after most online agree that it was serious enough to post. Majority of the time, I will personally (or another leader if i'm not on) contact the guild gm and explain the situation to them. If they are not available I try to contact someone in the guild and let them know to contact me ASAP. Majority of the time it is settled then and there, and most don't make it to blacklist. There are a few guilds in EL that are known for their bad actions, and anyone from those guilds is usually placed on blacklist on the first crime against riva. We also accept blacklisted people from other guilds on ours. Several times I cannot find out which guild, or the person is guildless, and those times we usually place them on blacklist until such time we can settle things peacefully, this is usually a cautious step until we are able to determine fullness of the situation. Anyone can be removed from blacklist by showing their willingness to get along with rivans and making amends for their wrong doing.

for Athosino: We appreciate your returning of roland's armor. We do not appreciate you posting incomplete logs as "proof". We are leaving you on our blacklist for a little while, until such time as you show an ability to work with rivans better. (this was decided by two leaders)

athosino it will help us to see all the logs even though roland isnt in riva anymore but we need you to show you are trust worthy and willing to show the whole story instead of 1 that is cut down or edited

I don't want Riva's to forget about GINK . He was booted from ~cl~ (way to go) , then he joined ELSA . I have mentioned to a few of their members that they have accepted a bag jumper into their guild .
We just need to track this bag jumper and make his action known to everyone .

I found out Im on your blacklist, most likely for cusing out your bot, I just wanted to hear everything she had to say, cause I thought it was interesting,....Anyway sorry if I hurt your bots feelings....I can hardly beleive somebody put me on their blacklist...oh well, again I apologise.

I suggest just honoring Daxon's request.

Tiir: You have only been given a 7 day ban to show that we do not agree with cursing at our bot, but if it happens again it will increase till it gets to a perment ban. If it never happens again after the ban everyone will just forget it happened as its only a small offence, and you can carry on like normal
