Our purpose is to focus on team play, learn as one. As most guilds in Eternal Lands Situ has very strong believe situ guild leaders should lead by example. Situ is one of the few guild that used their guild chat to monitor what may go on in Situ.
With is in mind , Situ guild members learn to trust their guild officers with full trust of guild member of situ. They have full respect from other guild members and it ally. Positive manner, the situ come from very small guild to large , with big respect other guilds in Eternal lands with hard work from Situ members.

Situ and Ravens alway been friendly one other with positive state of mind.

I have had alot of times sitting and harving with agrilles and he has always been a most friendly guy and if my memory serves correctly he helped me haul a big bag of diamonds (could be wrong) so i could fill an order. So if the rest of SITU is like agrilles i think a NAP is something we could try.
