Hi Everyone

Kedan was kind enough to share a few wise words and told me a lot about the Guild. So, as promised, here is a 'hi' post!

I've been in EL for two month and am really enjoying all (nearly) all aspects of the EL Life.

At about six weeks joined RICH but, due to time zone differences (i'm in the UK and almost nobody was ever on at the same time as me) we parted company on good terms. MrMind187 was very helpful to me and we did have some fun but six regulars and no 'team work' was not enough to keep me hanging around...

Anyway, doing the lonesome crow thing is only cool for so long and I really like the strong sense of togetherness and identity that eminates from RIVA, (and you have a good smattering of UK players) which is why I'd love to be accepted into the Guild.

So.... I'm gonna keep this one short. I don't want to start rambling on about stuff just yet!

I have read, and do agree with, the rules. Um, timezone (as said before) is GMT and I'm online waaay to much lol. Oh yeah, and I'm a 'mature gamer' (35yrs sshhh!) so you won't have any of the hassles of having to put up with teenage shinanigans...

hey nysomon, glade to see you posted

i spoke to nysomon for quite a while and he did make a good first inpression on me

All you need to do know is get to know as many rivan members as you can, wiether it just saying hey to them, or if you can try helping them out for a bit, as this show's team work. This will help everyone else in the guild to know you and then help you get into riva.

I met nysomon a couple of weeks ago and he impressed me very much (hes even on my buddy list) i think he would be a great addition to the group.

I do have a question though: Do you have a Guild Hut that you all hang out in? I've been wandering around and, apart from MilesP and Kedan (sorry about the abortive conversation MilesP... my wife finished bathing my daughter and tea time came upon me too soon) I haven't seen a Rivan sole!

Lol we do have a rivan house (located just north of votd storage) but we dont tend to go there, unless we go afk, thats normally a good place to sit, but we tent to just be spreed out everywhere across EL, i think the most comman place to spot a rivan would be a raven, near our bot adarah.

A recommendation from Kedan is rather worthless, however a recomendation from teh ebul elven gm, might carry a bit more weight wouldn't you guys say?

The question is does the ebul elf approve?

As far as being hard to find, we tend to be off doing our 'thing' if you will...
Check the 'manu'able storages,.. Raven, Judith, PL and NC..
Another popular hang out is the tit mine, or off training various skills

Well, as for hard to find, I found Marc gatecrashing some mutli-guild party on IP and found MilesP, again, picking daisy in VotD... Apparently, he 'got through' 12k Daisy Chains at the weekend... <ducks out the way>



Famous last request from MilesP... He kindly donated 500 ingred' for me to make him some magic ess'. I hope he can live with the result :oops: as I have a touch of 'butter fingers' and seem to bust more than I make at the moment.



So I have heard! I'll be joining you there at some point as I need one or two gc for the saph/ruby/diam/tit books :shock:
