Adarah is a storage/tradebot initially written by Cpp then rewritten by Awn. She exists to improve the Eternal Lands.
2: Why is Adarah out of ________?
It is often difficult to keep Adarah stocked to capacity as people keep buying items from her. We do monitor her inventory and try to keep hot items in stock.
3: Why am I on Adarah's blacklist?
There are numerous ways to get on the blacklist. Here are a few: bagjummping a Rivan or Rivan ally, attempting to hack or scam Adarah, scamming a Rivan Warrior, being a generally rude person, and more.
4: How do I get off the blacklist?
You will need to prove to the Rivan leadership that you can play nice. Post your complaint in the Blacklist thread.
5: Who is Awn and why is he PMing me?
Awn is a loyal Rivan member and the re-creator of Adarah. As such he has access to trade information. He may be PM'ing you to see how you liked Adarah and if you think there are any ways to improve her. He may be trying to fix a bug. Please answer his questions politely as he is dedicated to improving EL.

Each item that Adarah sells is decided upon by the guild leadership to enhance the game as opposed to make a killer profit. If we do not currently sell something that you think would be exceedingly spiffy to obtain easily near storage, you can post a suggestion. Chances are we have thought of it already though.
2: Can Adarah take requests for later?
A "request" feature has been suggested before. The current code would need a large rewrite, and the benefits are not large enough to undertake the effort.
3: Can Adarah announce on the Market channel?
No. Adarah is a rather shy person and does not like to annoy people. That is also why she only talks when spoken to.
4: Can Adarah do loans of gc/items? I'll pay interest!
Though a very interesting idea, it would be a logistic nightmare to do this. Just the aspect of collecting late fees and such. But you are free to create your own bot to be a lender.
5: Can Adarah do a storage trade so that I can buy more than X at a time?
Both people need to be within range of storage for this to occur. We could triangulate your position to determine this. There is no way to a priori determine where you are going to be when you initiate the trade.
6: Can Adarah give discounts to a person or an entire guild?
If you are a loyal friend of Riva, there is a good chance you will receive discounts on purchases. In the future you will be able to ask her "pmod" to find out your price modification value. The same concept is being considered for entire guilds, but the discount will take place within the trade and will not be announced ahead of time (you need to be near Adarah for her to confirm your guild affiliation).
