i come offering you all an alliance offer from Dawn of the Phoenix.

i have been a rivan warrior before and you all know me (and i think i still have friends there) and after some issues involving soad and beta me and a group of friends decided to create this guild and as i said i come offering you an alliance offer

we are a peaceful guild of a group friends not wanting to break this friendship so we are keeping it alive in a guild, damned_angel is the guild leader, i created the guild but due to lack of experience i felt i would not be as good of a guild master than he is so i gave it to him.

i would love it if this offer was accepted, i wont deny but i was thinking about rejoining you all but i dont know what your policy is any more with alternate characters so i thought mayb an alliance would be another option

no its not a new beta, yeah we are mainly have members from beta but the reason we made Dawn is because we want to remain friends and what better way to do it than form a new guild where we are all together once again

Congratulations for the new guild, Nixxie. I am pretty sure that you all will have fun and make a great guild. As for a alliance, well, of course we may consider it, but it has to have some concrete proposition. Friendship you, DA and a lot of old pals already has from Rivans. Riva is a peacefull non pk guild as you know, so there is no meaning for us to make alliances in the grounds of war and peace. We may consider some arrangements on business, some special trade, if a good propostion arrises. Nice to hear from you

Dawn Policy regarding the Alliances

An Alliance is a complex agreement between two guilds, including the signing of a Non Aggression Pact and of other complimentary documents.

Passive alliances include the signing of a Non-Aggression Pact and let the members conclude other agreements at inter personal level.

Active alliances include the signing of a Non-Aggression Pact and establishing any of the following inter-guild relations:

- commercial: all the commercial transactions between guilds (not personal transactions of the members) are made with a x % discount

- knowledge share: guild’s best specialists manufacture/craft/mix high skill items for the other guild when ingredients provided, without asking a fee for their work

- death bag recovery: possibility to send #ig asking for death-bag assistance and receive it.

- inter guild projects: members of both guilds can participate in mixed projects. Therefore an inter-guild project thread will be made on each of the guild’s forums [thread available to the other guild’s members] where proposals for projects can be made and people can set teams. For instance crafters in a guild may want to do silver/gold bars and they can team up with the crafters from the other guild. Also some situations a special guild chat channel will be used by members of both guilds so they can communicate easily and do projects together

- strategic partnership: in the community polls the best situated member of any of the 2 guilds will gain the votes of the other guild's members for his position to be strengthened. Also other strategic partnership as agreeing on setting the market prices to a certain level.

These are, in our view, just a few things that can be done within an Alliance. Take care and may you give a sense to your path.

you have some very thought out idea's there Da, i wonder if riva could use some of these when making allience's, and maybe rethink the allience's we have and state what we have with them.

personally i see no problem with having an active allances with Dawn with the;
Knowledge (does this include things like spawns and marked maps to?)
death bag recovery
inter guild projects
and strategic partnership.

the commercial one needs abit move thinking over though, because we have adarah, so therefor Dawn would get to use the dicount alot more than riva would when buying things from dawn, but all the other to me sound like great
